Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Grow to Demand Partnership Coordinator who will spearhead the establishment and nurturing of relationships with key partners in the food industry, including hotels, restaurants, distributors, and supermarkets. This role is pivotal in selling our current and future crop offerings, aligning with our mission to provide sustainable, locally-grown produce directly tailored to market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential Grow to Demand partners.
  • Develop tailored proposals that align with partner needs, emphasizing the benefits of our sustainable farming model.
  • Coordinate with the farming and R&D teams to ensure partner demands for Italian Basil and future crops are met with precision.
  • Implement sales strategies to introduce and promote our diverse crop offerings to a wider market.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for expanding our partner network and crop selection.
  • Organize and participate in events and workshops to educate potential partners about the advantages of the Grow to Demand model.


  • Experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the food, groceries, or agriculture sector.
  • Strong understanding of the food supply chain, with a preference for candidates with experience in food/groceries distribution or retail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation in food production.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Languages: Thai native and proper English
